Executive tasked 3 Style with developing marketing campaigns to generate awareness & raise Executive's market share. We needed to develop a social strategy & map out content that would clearly communicate their unique value proposition in a highly competitive market.
Executive Building Group had been hugely successful as a custom home builder in the Sydney Region specialising in New Homes, Duplexes & Extensions. The next phase of growth for Executive was to branch into the Central Coast & Newcastle home building market.
Our initial strategy session unearthed a few fundamental issues. The issues presented were the lack of valuable digital assets, the inability to curate market specific content and no social strategy or structure. As a result, their presence was suffering within the digital world.
